Bluescreen beim Spielen

Ich habe bei anspruchsvollen Spielen oft einen Bluescreen oder einfach die Meldung "Programm funktioniert nicht mehr" Die Crash Dump sagt irgendetwas von Driver Fault aber ich kenne mich damit nicht aus, weswegen ich damit nichts anfangen kann.
