    Standard hp dvd writer 400c

    hallo lieber dirk,
    hallo an die vielen anderen user die helfen können,

    mein brenner hp dvd writer scheint ein problem zu haben. ich kann keine von napster heruntergeladenen musiktitel auf cd brennen.

    auch kann dieses laufwerk keine audio cd wiedergeben.

    hoffentlich kann mir jemand helfen. vielen dank im voraus für die bemühungen.

    habe mir schon neue treiber besorgt (dvd400c_kh27) doese kann ich jedoch nicht installieren. (Fehlermeldung: Die Datei C:/Programme/HP DVD/Umbrella/d400c_kh27.cvt ist für das gewählte Laufwerk ungültig. Wählen sie eine andere Firmware-Aktualisierungsdatei.)

    ich denke man kann ausschließen das dieses Problem vom Brenenr her kommt. Ich vermute mal das diese Lieder die du da heruntergeladen hast durch Kopierschutzmaßnahmen geschützt sind die ein Brennen auf CD verhindern:

    Daten können gebrannt werden,
    Musik kann nicht gebrannt werden.

    Die geladene Musik ist legal und bezahlt, Rechte liegen vor, Win Media Player spielt die Titel.

    Hallöchen,

    achso, da haben sich Beiträge von uns überschnitten. Du hattest ja noch andere Probleme mit dem Brenner, ich dacht es geht tatsächlich nur um die heruntergeladenen Lieder. So gesehen könnte es auch an der verwendeten Rohlingmarke liegen. Einfach die mal wechseln oder andere Geschwindigkeiten probieren. Eventuell gibt es für diesen Brenner auch ein Firmware-Update as zur Behebeung des einen oder anderen Problems gedacht ist.

    Hallo Dirk,

    danke nochmals für den Versuch der Hilfe.

    Heute hab ich versucht ob die Kabel des Brenners locker sind und die Kabel überprüft. brachte keinen Erfolg.

    Der Brenner weigert sich weiterhin auf Audio CDs und DVD zuzugreifen.

    Muss ich einen neuen besorgen?
