email access peoblem

Hi there,
I hope someone can help me with this one.
Since last week I have noticed that everytime I try to acces my email account (yahoo) I have a problem. I am able to sign on but as soon as I want to read my email I get stucked and can not do anything. It freezes and I have to go to the task manager, end the task, go back on the internet. The funny thing is that I can go to any other website and everything is fine and the problem exsits only with my mail. I took the laptop to the computer guy around the corner and he said everything is ok. No virus, no softwear problem, no updates necessary, so I don´t know what the problem is.
