FPS dropt nach wenigen Minuten

Hallo,
ich habe eine neue Grafikkarte installiert. MSI GTX 960 4G. Am ersten Tag lief alles super. Ich spiele world of tanks und die leistung war fantastisch. Am nächsten Tag habe ich wieder gespielt. Es hat angefangen zu rukeln. Ich habe die Einstellungen runtergestellt. In 20 Minuten musste ich die Enstellungen auf das minimalste stellen und ich hatte 20FPS... Ich habe danach die Grafikkarte angefasst. Sie war überraschend heiß. Verdammt heiß. .... Danach habe ich MSI Afterburner installiert und habe die Lüfter richtig zum laufen gebracht. Danach gings wieder kurz und die Leistung fiel wieder ganz tief runter. Wieder musste ich alles auf Minimal eisntellen. Dann dachte ich, dass die Karte nicht richtig funktioniert und deswegen habe ich meine alte GTX 650 wieder installiert. Mich hat überrascht, dass ich keinen neuen Treiber installieren musste (355.82 WHQL). Und es passierte alles nochmal... Ich weiss überhaupt nicht woran es liegen kann. Im Taskmanager habe ich gesehen, dass nichts wirklich ausgelastet ist.
Mein PC: Intel (R) Core i5-3350P CPU @ 3.10GHz
4GB ram (3.94 GB usable)
Windows 8.1

Womit kann ich mein Problem rausfinden? Habe auch einen Systemcheck laufen lassen. Mit drivern gibts keine Probleme. Im Device Manager funtkioniert jede Hardware.
Der Pc hört sich nicht anders laut an. Die Temperatur der GPU ist bei 65 C bei 100% Auslastung. Ich habe jetzt paar Runden World of Tanks gespielt. Am Anfang kann ich mir die beste Grafik leisten. Nach ca 10-15 minuten werden aus 50 20 FPS. Open Hardware Monitor zeigt keine Temperaturen über 65 C.
Ich habe CPU-Z benutzt. Scheint ein besseres Programm zu sein. Hier ist der Report:

Der Report ist nicht lesbar, da man nicht darauf zugreifen kann.

Möglich, dass es sich um ein thermisches Problem handelt, was für ein gehäuse hast du? Wie ist die Gehäuse Be- und Entlüftung? Was für ein Netzteil hast du? Welches Board nutzt du?

Stress test nach 13 Minuten mit dem FurMark:

Ich bin ein totaler Noob in diesem Bereich, aber ich denke, dass die Werte im Grünem Bereich liegen. Die Probleme haben kurz danach angefangen, nachdem ich die neue grafikkarte installiert habe und den Pc vom Staub befreit habe. Bei meiner alten Grafikkarte gabs plötzlich das gleiche FPS Problem. Nach ca 30 Minuten gehen ging bei mir World of Tanks bei minimalen Einstellungen nicht über 20 FPS

Meiner Meinung nach sind die Werte normal.
Mir ist schleierhaft, warum es zu diesen fps-drops kommt. Du schriebst, dass es mittlerweile mit der ursprünglichen 650 zu haargenau dem gleichen Phenomän kommt? Das legt nahe, dass es zu anderen Engpässen in deinem System kommen muss.

Deine CPU ist in jedem Falle stark genug für das Spiel. Ist das nur bei World Of Tanks oder auch bei anderen Games, die nicht online laufen? Eventuell ein Problem mit der Internetverbindung oder LAN/WLAN, der Festplatte oder dem Speicher wobei Ersteres ja nur dann zutreffen kann, wenn das Problem ausschließlich im Online-Gaming vorkommt.

Wäre nur die 960 betroffen würde ich auf eine defekte Grafikkarte tippen, kann ja aber auch nicht sein. Interessehalber frage ich, was für ein netzteil du hast? Ist das ein Fertigrechner?

Die Server von World of Tanks liegen soweit ich weiß in Amsterdam, wo es von Deutschland aus die letzten Jahre schon unglaublich große Probleme mit den Verbindungen gegeben hat. (Ich habe damals Swordsman Online gespielt und man sah nur noch Standbilder; habs irgendwann an den Nagel gehängt, weil ich nichts mehr sah)
Charakteristisch war dabei, dass meine Befehle sehr wohl noch einwandfrei beim Server ankamen; man sah mich also umherlaufen und in die Luft hacken, bei dem verzweifelten Versuch, das Standbild irgendwie weg zu bekommen XD
Kannst dich ja mal im Forum umhören, obs da gerade ne Welle gibt.

Eine andere Sache: Wie verhält sich Firefox, wenn die FPS im Spiel sinken?
Läd er zufälligerweise auch langsamer? (Wenn ja, welcher Kringel bleibt länger, dünner schwarzer oder grüner/blauer? (Schwarz = upload, farblich = download)
Tritt diese Symptomatik zufällig nur jeden zweiten Systemstart auf?
Kommen deine Befehle zufällig auch unnatürlich verzögert beim WoT-Server an? (Können auch nur bestimmte sein wie z.B der aufruf von NPC-Textboxen)

Ersteres kann je nach Leitung nicht so deutlich sein (hab ne sehr langsame); treten allerdings die beiden anderen so auf wie beschrieben (bezüglich Firefox bei dem upload) und wenn du noch dazu das Programm "Geforce Experience" auf dem Rechner hast, dann bist du womöglich Opfer des sehr seltenen Bugs geworden, bei dem das nette Programm dir die Leitung zuspamt. (Wäre lustig, ich hatte das auch plötzlich, nachdem ich meine MSI 960 GTX bekommen (und GE geupdatet) hatte)
Lösung dazu? Sämtliche Programmteile von GE aus dem Autostart werfen und es nie wieder starten :P
